Jaguar hired a design firm for its TIAA Bank Field renovation proposal

Jacksonville Jaguars hired architectural firm HOK to serve as a design consultant for the proposed TIAA Bank Field renovation, team president Mark Lamping told VenuesNow last week.

“It’s not a project yet,” Lamping told VenuesNow. “We want to be in a place where we know what a renovated stadium looks like and how do you renovate while still trying to play an NFL game. We are in a good place. If we do go ahead, we will basically get a new stadium built on top of the existing structure.”

In October, Lamping notified the Florida Times-Union that Jaguar was in the early stages of designing renovations to the team’s stadium. According to VenuesNow, HOK won the job over seven competitors who all submitted initial concepts for the job.

The Jaguars have played at TIAA Bank Field since their first season in the NFL in 1995. In the nearly three decades

Multi-million dollar renovation project underway at Temple Garden Hotel & Spa – DiscoverMooseJaw.com

A multi-million dollar renovation project has started at Moose Jaw’s Temple Garden Hotel & Spa.

Peepeekisis Cree Nation acquired the facility in September 2022. Saskatoon-based Globex Management has assumed day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Alex Fallon is the president and CEO of Sparrow Hawk Developments, an economic development corporation formed by Peepeekisis Cree Nation.

He says renovations will take place in all 181 rooms, with 60 rooms expected to be completed this year.

“We’re stripping them and demolishing the interior of the rooms down to the bare bones and then renovating all the rooms to a new very luxurious level,” he continued. “Everything from heating and plumbing, new bathrooms, carpet, the walls, the in-room entertainment. All the furnishings will be brand new, window coverings, and we even want to get to the hallways.”

The renovations will see the downtown hotel “reimagined in a contemporary style that pays tribute to the

Text description provided by the architects. We were approached by a young couple who had bought a typical apartment in the Belgrano neighborhood. The layout was very segmented and not very useful for the owners’ needs. The priority was to reform the kitchen by incorporating the service room and laundry, creating a large, bright space with work and storage areas. One of the main decisions was to connect the dining room with the kitchen through a library, accompanying the circulation between the spaces. The kitchen

Ree Drummond Reveals Bold Style Choices Amid New Renovation Project: ‘You Only Live Once’

Style mavens! Ree Drummond shared a new decorating hack on Instagram on Tuesday, July 11, after revealing she was renovating her office.

“The dogs will get mud all over this but you only live once,” the Food Network personality captioned a photo of her new space in her Instagram stories.

To add a pop of color to the room, Ree, 54, decided to install geometric floor tiles that perfectly reflect her vibrant personality. The red, blue and yellow hues of the tiles are stunning.

Using primary colors in her projects has definitely become one of Ree’s design signatures since rising to fame on TV in 2011 with The Pioneer Woman. She previously launched a collection of homeware sold at multiple retailers that fuses her love for primary colors and floral patterns.

Text description provided by the architects. Nanjing Combat Machinery Factory is located on the west side of Hongshan in the north of the city and is nearby the Nanjing Railway Station. The factory was built in the 1950s. With the expansion of the city and industrial development, the production department moved out, which leads to the idle of the original factory. Around 2006, people tried to renew the factory, hoping to reopen it as the creative industrial center. However, for some reason, the building failed to attract people’s attention even though it was renewed.

Living with a renovation: Preparation, communication are key

Renovation projects can be very disruptive and stressful. If you are like most people renovating, you cannot easily vacate your home and must find ways to live alongside the work. Luckily, there are ways to prepare.

Communicating with your renovator is a big part of the process. Work with your renovator to draw up a project plan that best accommodates your family’s needs. Talk to your renovator about your household’s daily schedule, any vacations that you have planned and any special circumstances that need to be accommodated, so they can factor into the work plan and schedule for your project. This way, particularly disruptive or messy parts of the project, such as refinishing hardwood floors, can be arranged for when you are away or otherwise accommodated around your family’s schedule.

Make sure you discuss which parts of your house will be affected by your renovation project. Depending on factors, such

How to Make a Folding Lamp Shade

There’s no shortage of lamp shades at thrift stores and they’re usually very reasonably priced, which makes them the perfect DIY project! I have been swooning over pleated lamp shades for a while but they are pretty expensive! I’ll show you how to make your own for less money.

How to Make a DIY Pleated Lampshade Without Sewing

I found this little lamp base at a thrift store for $10 and couldn’t pass it up. It didn’t come with a lampshade so I bought this tapered lampshade online. For some reason when I bought it it was only $25 and now it’s double the price…suspicious! But you can check out thrift stores for cheaper ones.

District plans renovation project for WJW and CA Gray | Local News

MOULTRIEGa. — Renovation and demolition of Willie J. Williams Middle School and CA Gray Middle School could begin in the next five years if voters approve Colquitt County School Districts’ upcoming ESPLOST.

“Since the fall of the school year ’21-22, the Board of Education has been working closely with Altman + Barrett Architects to look at options for addressing school building age and size with respect to enrollment. A full facility review was conducted. Architectural engineers and members of the BOE evaluate building age, infrastructure needs, growth or decline in registrations, and other problems with maintenance and use of facilities,” said the district’s chief communications officer, Angela Hobby, via email Tuesday.

The facility project will be funded by the forthcoming ESPLOST fund – Educational Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax – fund. The district’s current ESPLOST funds will expire in September 2023, while the new plan (if approved by
